Orders arrive in plain, neutral packaging. There is no product detail on the outside and nothing that identifies what is inside. The sender name is neutral.

We keep your details private and use them only to handle your order and reply to you. Emails carry no sensitive product detail in the subject line. We do not sell your data.

For hygiene reasons, worn items cannot be returned once dispatched. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will put it right where we can.

Some requests are never allowed. Anything involving anyone under 18, anything that is not consensual, and anything illegal is strictly forbidden. Options are limited to what each seller has chosen to allow.
